Changing your lifestyle can be time consuming, expensive, and overwhelming. I have taken my research and experiences from the last 10 years and compiled my favorite products, resources, and websites here to get you started!

I encourage you to take one area at a time rather than trying to overhaul your life all at once to reduce the expense and the overwhelm! I recommend starting with what you put in your body (food) and what you put on your body (personal care products)!
